Donate your gently used, nearly-new professional clothing.

Our organization always appreciates the generosity and involvement of people like you, with every contribution going towards making Certain Woman Mindset an even better Women Empowerment Non-Profit Organization than it already is.

WHAT WE CAN ACCEPT

All career appropriate clothing donations MUST be laundered/dry-cleaned and ready to wear. No donations should be in need of repair.

Certain Woman Mindset accepts nearly new, contemporary, ready to wear, seasonal career appropriate women’s professional attire in all sizes including:

Apparel – Preferably solid, neutral colors, Suits, Dresses, Blazers, Skirts,  Pants, Cardigans, Dress shirts & blouses

Twin sets Shoes - Career appropriate shoes Pumps, peep-toe, closed toe sling-back Flats: ballet, loafers Boots (seasonal)

Undergarments- New hosiery, undergarments and control undergarments

Accessories - Handbags & totes,  Jewelry, belts, scarves

Cosmetics /Toiletries - Must be unopened with the expiration date at least six months in the future

New toiletries: hygiene and grooming products, cosmetics (all packaged and unopened)

Fragrances (packaged and unopened)

WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT

Certain Woman Mindset cannot accept: Sweatshirts, sweatpants, running shoes, bathrobes and sleepwear, Opened /used toiletries, cosmetics, grooming and hygiene products, Formal wear /party wear, Menswear, Jeans, Sandals, or Children’s clothing

FAQ

When is the best time to hold a drive?

We welcome donations year round, with the type of clothing needed dependent upon the season.  

Does Dress for Success provide bins/boxes for the collection?

We are unable to provide containers, but organizations/companies can obtain their own should they wish.

Does the clothing have to be on hangers?

Clothing can be neatly folded and placed in a box or sturdy bag.  Please be sure to securely close any container and label with your company name.  You do not need to put items on hangers.
